What is Zaruri Papers?

Zaruri Papers is a mobile app for small and informal businesses in India. Two people can record a deal they agreed on, keep their bills in one place, and build a record of the promises they kept. It is made by Anuuj Techos LLP in Gurugram, Haryana.

What is a promise note?

A promise note is a short written record of a deal: what will be done, by when, and for how much. Both people see the same note and accept it on their phones, so there is one version of what was agreed. It is a shared record, not a stamp-paper agreement.

Does the other person need the app?

Not to start. When you create a promise note with someone's phone number, they get a WhatsApp invite to download the app and see the note.

Is Zaruri Papers a loan app?

No. Zaruri Papers does not lend money. It helps you keep a record of your work and your word.

How is this different from a khata app?

A khata app is your own notebook and only you can see it. On Zaruri Papers, a promise note is accepted by both sides, so it shows what both people agreed, not one person's entry.
